Subscriptions & Payments
Lukaaji Energy offers a free 7-day trial and various paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds may be available within the first 14 days of a paid subscription.
Intellectual Property
All audio sessions, content, graphics, and materials on Lukaaji Energy are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and listen to sessions for personal, non-commercial use only.
User Conduct
You agree not to: redistribute, copy, or share our audio sessions; attempt to access other users' accounts; use the platform for any illegal purpose; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our application.
Health Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Lukaaji Energy provides guided energy healing sessions for personal well-being and relaxation purposes only. Our sessions are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns. Do not discontinue any medical treatment based on information from our platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lukaaji Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
